MU in computer rankings: 13th to 22nd
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Five of the six computer rankings services used in the BCS poll are out and the Tigers took a fall there as well after the loss to Oklahoma State.
Anderson: 13th
Billingsley: 13th
Colley: 16th
Sagarin: 17th.
Massey: 22nd.
All the computers do agree on one thing: they each have Texas No. 1.
So a win by Mizzou on Saturday in Austin against the Longhorns would certainly raise the Tigers stock back in both the human and computer polls.
The first BCS standings come out Sunday. They are a combination of the USA Today coaches’ poll, the Harris Interactive poll, and the average of six computer rankings. The only computer ranking not out yet is the Wolfe rankings.
Play the best, beat the best, be the best. Period. Fight Tiger!
