Dolphins 16, Rams 12

Marc Bulger had a couple of chances to march the Rams to the winning touchdown . . . but he couldn’t advance his team into the end zone.

Interestingly, the Rams used Antonio Pittman at running back for those final two possessions instead of Steven Jackson.

Their final drive was extended by a defensive holding penalty, committed againt Torry Holt. But Bulger threw one more disastrous interception (bombing deep for Derek Stanley) and that was that.

The pain and suffering continues . . .

Less than 50% completions, no TDs, no sacks by the fish, and 3 INTs including a late game INT to seal the game for the opposition. Shocking! Truly SHOCKING! Yeah, Bulger fans. You’re right. Bulger is a victim of a bad team. It’s all on them - not him. What a sack of….

There’s no doubt this guy is finished in St. Louis. He doesn’t want to play and doesn’t even seem to want to win for his own pride. That said, I don’t understand Haslett or Saunders calling for that bomb with 50 seconds left. Plenty of time for dink and dunk sideline passes which Bulger actually can throw, sort of. All the successful bombs this year were due to receivers coming back on underthrown passes. It’s only fair to put some blame on poor coaching as well.

This team really fits the definition of insanity. Was it Einstein who said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result? Yeah, let’s keep running Bulger out there over and over and expect a different result. I have been watching this team since I was running around in my blue and white PJs, my grandpa and my dad have been life long Ram fans. My dad used to go by the field on his way home from school to watch the Rams practice. I don’t know if I can honestly pull for another NFL team. Lord knows I’ve tried before but I just can’t. Frankly, right now however, I don’t know why anyone bothers to care about this Ram team. They, their ownership, and their management obviously don’t care about us fans. This is just a pathetic run through the motions so you can steal money from ticket holders.

Ownership needs to show they care at least a little about their fans and gut this piece of cr–!

It is obvious that Bulger is not a winner. He has never been a winner (poor decisions under pressure) and doesn’t have the heart to gut out a win like a NFL caliber QB NEEDS to do week in and week out. We have a team in disarray but having a QB with little personality and leadership skills, etc. etc. will not win with this team. Time to reload. Time to play new players and see what we have. Of course we have no one viable to play at QB so we will stick with Bulger and continue to demoralize the team further… A word about Chris Long—He may be a real hustler and high-motor guy but he will never be a perennial All-Pro. Just doesn’t have the size, strength and overall skills. Another lackluster pick. Next Draft—QB, Defense and more Defense and pick up OL players via free agency. We need a top=notch defense with some real tough attitude type studs..not these overachiever types we keep picking. Football is not for sissies!!!! ARRGGHH!!!!! Josh Brown for MVP….That is embarrasing

I can’t believe what a Lame Donkey Bulger has turned into. What’s his problem? Is it the 60+ mill, that he said he finally deserved and now can’t even perform like most 2nd tier Quarterbacks in the league? I really wish big buck quarterbacks’ pay could be based on performance…not just showing up and seeing what happens.

I hope the ownners and St. Louis give Jim a chance next year, when he can try using his players. With the way the seasons going, on one hand, it might be best to put the focus on developing 2nd string talent (root for loses) and look to the draft for getting some real impact players.

Reality knows, Linehan didn’t have a clue in this area..but I think Jim does. Let’s not forget he was the NFL Coach of the year and he’s a real competiter.

All I can say is give Jim a chance to prove himself with HIS players..not Linehans. And trade the offensive lineman (Barton) who’s famous for being off sides…I’ve had it with his mental laziness. And while I’m at it, could someone please send Richie Incognito to maturity school?

In the name of the best for St. Louis Rams!

From New Hampshire.

Go Rams Go.
