Third Quarter, Cont.: Trent Green Suffers Too
Trent Green nearly drove the St. Louis Rams to a touchdown. In fact, he drove the ball all the way to the New York Jets 1 before throwing an interception on third-and-goal.
Oh, well. At least the Rams did move the ball for as long as they had it.
Antonio Pittman ran well. Donnie Avery drew a couple of penalty lags on the New York Jets, Keenan Burton had a nice 28-yard catch and run.
Hey, Rams have held the Jets to only 7 this half. It could have been beyond embarrassing.
