Will The Rams Finally Prevail?

If Steve Spagnuolo can’t inspire a command performance from his winless team today, the rest of his campaign could get even uglier than it already is.

The Rams need to win today or die trying. Period. They have to fight to finish against a similarly inept team.

Of particular interest today is the Rams offense. Detroit has big time problems at cornerback. Will the Rams attack that problem area?

Or will they ask Marc Bulger to run a dink-and-dunk offense, thus allowing the strong Lions LB corps to control the Rams “attack”?

As always,  your opinions are welcome. And your participation in the postgame chat is welcome.

Winning is everything. The more we lose the closer we get to that franchise killing 1st pick in the 1st round.

The win would give the team a taste of why they are doing the things they do in practice and give the whole process validity.

Then we need to in again.

the rams will lose big today, and every week from here on out. i go to a school where our football program is something we don’t talk about, and we’ve seen our fair share of atrocious performances on the field. but at least dear old valpo has managed to win once. and i seriously think that my crusaders could beat the rams right now. the rams should just do the entire city a favor, give up for this year, and draft somebody like tim tebow or colt mccoy in april’s draft. unlike the mistake they made by not drafting mark sanchez this year. bulger has long outlived his time here, but ownership is too stubborn to cut their losses - they’re determined to get their money’s worth (or at least try). GET WITH THE PROGRAM: THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN. cut your losses, and draft a new leader for the team. this is not the coaching staff’s fault (yet). give them some new, quality players, and i’m sure they’ll be able to turn this into a team that can win again. but until bulger goes, and ownership starts showing some common sense, i’m going to continue cheering for the bears. st. louisians should hide/burn all their rams apparel.

Let’s go with Null for the rest of the year–he might be the second coming of Kurt Warner–Bulger has to hit the road. He’s proved he can’t win. He’s had Bruce, Holt, and other lesser lights that are better than what we got now for wideouts. Please Rams management, let;’s get with the program. I want to stop being embarased when I wear my Rams t-shirt. Get us a winner-that’s your job. I will support them for as long as it takes, but let’s just do it.

In a word..NO! Not today, not this season! Not with a crap offense headed by the King of Crap-Bulger. Face reality. This team stinks and we just have to be patient until more of the garbage on the roster gets tossed out.
