Mizzou makes some more mistakes
A pass interference penalty on Chase Coffman killed the next Missouri position. Did the officials make a good call? Maybe not.
But the call erased a would-be completion to Maclin and doomed the Tigers to another three-and-out sequence.
What a horrible first quarter for the Tigers. They got mauled on both sides of the line. Both the offense and defense failed to make big plays.
Instead, the offense and defense made huge, ill-timed mistakes. Not good.
