‘Scrubs,’ ‘Better Off Ted’ back in December

Fans of ABC’s “Better Off Ted” who assumed it was canceled will get a pleasant surprise when it returns Tuesday, Dec. 8. “Ted” will pair with “Scrubs,” which returns Dec. 1 with back-to-back episodes.
