Tuesday night reality-TV logjam
I enjoy some reality TV (OK: lots), but this is ridiculous. On Tuesday nights, out of 13 hours of prime time on five broadcast networks, only four hours are scripted. At 8 p.m., there’s only one scripted show — the CW’s “Reaper,” and it’s in repeats. Otherwise, it’s “Dancing With the Stars” vs. “Big Brother” vs. “The Biggest Loser” vs. “Hell’s Kitchen.” The problem is that I watch all these shows (well, I’d give up “The Biggest Loser,” except it’s almost over, and “Big Brother,” except I can’t, somehow, even though I now hate everyone). Reality-competitions that go on and on and on were fine when they used to be filler in the summer, but gosh, it was nice to have “CSI” and “Without a Trace” back last week.

that reminds me, I need to go vote for Mark to go on the Finale of the Biggest Loser.
