‘Big Brother House of the Damned’?
Did you ever see the movie “Village of the Damned”? That’s the 1960 horror flick (I never saw the remake) where everyone in a little English town dozes off one day, and when they wake up, all the women are pregnant. Their children are all very blond, with eerie blue eyes and mysterious powers.
That’s what April on “Big Brother” reminds me of. Possibly minus the powers.

Speaking of “Big Brother” blondes, I wouldn’t have minded a bit if Keesha had been evicted tonight instead of Libra. They both scare me. Tempers are very short in the house this season, but those two are infectiously angry. Maybe they’re normal back home. And speaking of home — who really leaves infant twins to play “Big Brother”? Staying away for months on the off chance of winning $500,000? I know it’s a question that’s been asked many times before, and I know Libra’s husband was apparently OK with it, but infants change so much, so fast, and she’ll never get that time back. I wouldn’t even have left a kitten that long.
“Big Brother” experts: How much does Libra get for being the first member of the jury? And isn’t it ironic that she didn’t get evicted soon enough to go home, but instead will be lounging on a beach somewhere for weeks longer? (Just a guess about the beach.)

If it’s like seasons past, each HG gets $750 per week that they last in the house and/or including sequester.
And she may not be near a beach! They went to Mexico one year and someone recognized a HG on the beach so they stopped that.
Just how stupid do the BB producers think we are? (OK, maybe the fact that we watch BB makes that an open question), but they do the same routine every week. Unless the eviction is a rare total blindside, like Jessie’s, it’s a lead pipe cinch that the person who everyone talks about evicting is a lock to stay. They show April & Ollie trying to get Dan to evict Keesha with them, and it’s unanimous for Libra. Earlier, when Angie & Jessie are up, all they show is Ollie, April, Keesha, Libra, and Jerry talking about how this their chance to get Jessie out. Of course, it’s unanimous to evict Angie. Same story the week before with Steven going unanimously after they only show Ollie and the girls talk about keeping him.
