‘Lost’ is back; so what did you think?

Four stars, A-plus, 10 out of 10. That’s how much I liked the Season 5 premiere of “Lost” after watching the double episode the first time, and that’s how much I still liked it after rewatching it Wednesday night. Are you with me here? Or did anything about the first two hours of the new season bug you, or leave you unsatisfied?

Good show. I was surprised to see Ms. Hawkins at the end, though. She obviously had a bigger part than I thought when Desmond kept seeing her in the past.

And the Michelle Rodriguez line to Hurley “Don’t get arrested!” was hilarious (and likely intentional). Guess it proves she has a sense of humor!

Wow!!! Some questions answered… some new questions!!! With the island jumping back and forth through time, we almost got “lost” ourselves. Maybe we’ll get to see Charlie again soon.

Gail, I gotta say I liked the premier, too, but you missed the mark when you told us we would not believe how many questions were answered… I, for one, didn’t get that many questions answered last night. But I still liked it. Just wish I would have been warned to expect MORE confusion, not less.

I didn’t feel a lot of questions were answered either, but that’s okay. I’m just glad it’s back. The time travel episodes have always been my favorite in Star Trek, so this could be great fun.

I’m glad it’s back too. That said, I didn’t think the premiere was very interesting. The two hours really seemed to drag for me.
But loved the fiery arrows lol!

I didn’t think many questions were answered either. However, I don’t enjoy the show because it answers questions. I watch it because it creates them! That’s the fun! I’m not a “hardcore” fan that delves into all the minutiae. I like it ‘cuz it’s weird! Answering everything would detract from that.

Whoever it was the wrote the scene where Hurley throws the Hot Pocket at Ben should be given an Emmy. It thought there were a lot of answers and great new questions. I give it an A+ as well.
My hope is that we find out how Locke made it to LA and how he died by the end of the season.

Loved every minute of the show. However, at least an hour of the 2 hour slot was commercials. Way too many commercials.

Didn’t answer any questions from the first four seasons that I could see. Were we watching the same show? I just get tired of all the confusion. Just like Heroes, this show tries to be “edgy”, but I think it’s starting to jump the shark as Heroes did (and I like Lost so much better than Heroes which I’ve stopped watching). I’ll keep trying!
