‘Amazing Race’: the $1 million potty break (*spoilers*)

They do call it a pit stop. But Jen (of Kisha and Jen) couldn’t make it to the mat in Sunday night’s next-to-last episode without stopping at a Beijing public toilet for a pit stop of her own. The potty break made her a punchline for future “Amazing Race” humor — and cost her and her sister a chance to race for $1 million in next Sunday’s finale. It was funny and entertaining, especially because they were dressed in Beijing Opera costumes at the time, but also sad, because the sisters would have been real contenders in the finale. Of the final four teams, they were the strongest and most athletic, and I wouldn’t think carrying the pig at the luau (as seen in the previews) would have caused them too much of a problem. Not that I’d ever be in an “Amazing Race,” but I really think that for a chance at half of $1 million, I’d wet my pants. I mean: Wouldn’t you?

Funniest tragedy ever. Sure, I’d have “wet myself.” In a second. But we never would have had the drama had Tammy & Victor not used the U-Turn on Kisha and Jen.

So we’re left with Tammy & Victor; Margie & Luke; and Cara and Jaime. I predict that they’ll cross the finish line in that order, too. Tammy and Victor got a huge advantage last night with the Chinese restaurant challenge, and that may have put them far ahead of the others. I wonder, though, because taxis have been the bane of this season.

What was Jen thinking? She really cost them. First with the crying and sobbing over the swimming (geez put on a life jacket already and get your butt in there!), then with the potty break. If she was my sister - I would kill her! Jamie and Cara (Jamie in particular) are due for some bad karma - and should have gone last night. Jamie must be the ugliest (in demeanor not looks) contestant ever. She truly gives Americans a bad name around the world and she should not profit. I wish Cara would have made her eat the ”delicasies”. Serve her right!

Absolutely I would wet myself for the chance to win a million bucks! No question! (Besides, they had someone else’s clothes on - hee)! It was anguish for me watching that. After negating the U-turn as they did and to lose out to the ugly Americans (Cara & Jamie) — UGH! So now I’m pulling for Tammy & Victor. I think they have really grown over the course of the race and I really think they can win it because — NO WHINING (like Luke and the ugly Americans)!

Sorry, but I did a happy dance when Jen and Kisha were the last to arrive and eliminated. I still want Luke and Margie to win even though I admit Tammy and Victor have really grown up during the race.

For a chance at 1 million, I would have wet myself while running to the pitstop. I wanted them to give Luke and Margie a run they would never forget. If that were me and my sister, I would have told her to wet her pants and keep running. I am pulling for Tammy and Victor now. I thought he was a bit to controlling in the beginning, but Tammy stepped in and spoke up for herself and they work as a team now.

I would have just waited till I was checked in by Phil. I do not think the “ex cheerleaders” or the sisters, Kisha & Jen are nice to be deserving of $1 million. I hope the mom & son win the jackpot. Tammy & Victor are also good. So it would be a toss up between those two groups. I am placing my bet on “the mom & son” team.

Have a great day everyone!

I could NEVER vote for Mom and Son, if that’s what they really are at this stage in their lives, nor the cheerleaders, (how did they ever become cheerleaders with their attitudes) or brother and sister, simply because Victor so emmulates most of the men from the Orient in regards to his treatment of women, but now Kisha and Jen, LETS ALL ‘ELECT’ PHIL THE WINNER. The most winningest (?) bunch of losers to ever get this far.
