No strike? Actors, studios reach agreement

Remember that possible strike by the Screen Actors Guild that we worried about and then mostly forgot? Friday afternoon, SAG announced a tentative agreement with the Alliance of Motion Picture and Televison Producers on a new, two-year pact. The contract isn’t a done deal, however, with union membership still expected to argue over ratification. Here, from trade paper Variety, are more specifics.
