More ‘Chuck’: NBC wants six additional episodes

TheWrap.com, the Los Angeles Times and others are reporting that NBC has ordered (or is about to order) six more episodes of “Chuck,” for a total of 19 for the new season. NBC had planned a March return for “Chuck,” which was saved from cancellation by a fan campaign and a deal with Subway. But the order for more episodes might move the season premiere up — possibly, even to January, although NBC has the Winter Olympics in February, so a January return would mean putting “Chuck” on hiatus along with the rest of the NBC lineup.

It’s at least 13 weeks from now to the start of the Olympics. Bring back Chuck immediately, show it every week, sneak in a couple of double episodes in January, squeezing in all 19 episodes. Probelm solved!There are those of us who cannot wait!
