AMC has set a March 8 date for the Season 2 premiere of “Breaking Bad.” If you didn’t see this wonderfully bizarre show, for which Bryan Cranston won a well-deserved Emmy, AMC promises that it will be up on-demand on Charter beginning Feb. 9.
