It’s a good thing there aren’t any musical instruments in my home. Not that the animals could be bothered to play them, anyway.
It’s been a while since we’ve had any precious animals on here. Enjoy.
It’s New Year’s Eve, and a lot of people no doubt are making resolutions to work out more and get fit in 2009.
But if this is what fit looks like, then we’d much rather keep our extra pounds.

Today, I was videotaping an upcoming Trainer Tip with Cyndi Bates of Fit-to-Go in Maryland Heights. She mentioned that her 11-month-old puppy, George, was back in her office and that he, too, was very much into fitness. In fact, she said George runs five miles on a treadmill three times a week. Well, I couldn’t pass up an opportunity to see that!
The Bush White House released its annual overproduced Barney Cam Christmas video today. Starring the Bush family and Olympic athletes, it’s a sight to behold.
