This is hilarious. From the Huffington Post:

Someone used what appears to be an iFart application (but could be another fake fart creator) twice during a Medina, Ohio, council meeting in 2008. Mayor Jane Leaver tries to hold it together, but breaks down after the second “fart” hits around 0:53, which prompts a member of the council to ask for a recess.

This video has an almost-professional quality about it. With a few alterations (better facial hair) it could be really cool.

As much as I love my own MacBook, iPod, iPhone and other doodads, this clip from “The Simpsons” is right on.

My iPhone ringtone generated a lot of chatter today among my Go! co-workers. It’s the one called “xylophone,” and everyone agreed it was definitely a TV theme song, though none of us is sure where we’ve heard it.

It has a flavor of the “Six Feet Under” theme …

It also has flavors of the “Desperate Housewives” incidental music and bumpers …

But the general consensus — here and online, where it’s actually the topic of much discussion — is that it’s part of the theme from “American Beauty” …
