Friends posting inane Tweets? Just say his name three times.
After a week of vacation, a holiday weekend and a couple of days sitting around waiting to not be picked for jury duty, I’m back in the swing of things.
So let’s get right to some viral-video fun!
I get Twitter, and I enjoy sharing the joys of Twitter with others. But this video, featuring Ben Stiller and Mickey Rooney, is painfully tedious.
Maybe technology isn’t for everybody.
While I’m thinking about it, you should really be following Go! on Twitter — @GoSTL. And check out this page, which lists all the ways you can keep up with the Post-Dispatch on Twitter.
Priceline Negotiator William Shatner made an appearance on “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien” Monday night to lend his voice to a re-reading of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s farewell address.
Let’s listen.
The appearance was much discussed in the (Nerd Alert!) blogosphere and Twitterverse, and O’Brien brought Shatner back Wednesday night. To read Palin’s tweets.

I’ve never understood why Andy Milonakis is famous (same for Bam Margera). But here is is in a moderately amusing music video about Twitter.
Should you wish to follow him on Twitter — and why wouldn’t you? — he’s @andymilonakis.
Sometimes, it’s just so hard to string together 140 characters — and read all those tweets — on Twitter.
Here comes the next big thing: Flutter, a nanoblogging site that limits posts — or “flaps” — to 26 characters.
The Snuggie has weaseled its way into Americans’ hearts and even further into pop culture.
(In related news, check out the Twitter traffic from people who thought Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi looked like she was wearing a Snuggie at last night’s presidential address.)
I’m not such a big fan of Drew Carey on “The Price is Right.” But in this scene, he explains what Twitter is. Not sure why, though.
