This family’s affected by too many earthquakes

I don’t know much about the person behind this blog item yet (I hope to soon!), but she has an interesting note at the end of her post concerning the Shanghai earthquake:
“As an interesting sidenote, it seems that earthquakes have struck nearly half of our family over the past few months - and none of us in typical earthquake zones (Cambridge, UK; St. Louis, MO; now Shanghai, China).”
