This Kansas reporter is ready to start handicapping the Obama-McCain race with an electoral college map he’s built.
The Girls Guide to the Galaxy will miss Hillary: “I am a little sad because there was a piece of me that thought it would never end, that the struggle for the nomination had become as much a part of American life super-mega stores and fatty meals. Alas, it has come to a close and now it is time to move the battle front to the presidential race.”
STLog at the RFT notes hundreds chanting at Obama victory party in Soulard. ”By the time the e-mail went out and people began to RSVP, we had over 300 people in the first hour,” said a tired-sounding Brian Wahby, who is the St. Louis city Democratic chairman, on Wednesday morning.
The Faithful Progressive handicaps Obama’s possible veep choices: “(Sen. Claire) McCaskill was Obama’s best spokesperson on TV. Period. That’s saying a lot.”
