St. Louis’ Ludo featured on Lo-Fi Sessions ahead of Leno appearance
My kids turned me on to St. Louis band Ludo almost as soon as we moved to this area. Many a long road trip has been punctuated by repeat plays of the “Broken Bride” EP and the band’s self-titled “Ludo.” For our upcoming vacation, I’m expecting to hear a lot of the relatively new “You’re Awful, I Love You.”
Last night, I heard “Love Me Dead” during a Fox television promotion for its hit show “House.” And this morning, I got word from St. Louis’ Bill Streeter that he’s featured the band today on his Lo-Fi Sessions site. Check it out for “unplugged”-style performances of “Please” and “Lake Pontchartrain.”
This is all ahead of the band’s performance tomorrow night on Leno, which my colleague Kevin Johnson blogs about over here — including a comment from the band.
