The University Club Tower in Richmond Heights is facing foreclosure.

A notice filed Thursday sets a foreclosure sale for Feb. 29. The foreclosure notice identifies the high-rise building's owner as CF Clayton Office II. Records show it is limited partnership that is part of Lionstone Group, of Houston.

St. Louis County records show that the building's 2011 tax bill of $723,036 is unpaid. Records also show that CF Clayton Office II paid its 2010 tax bill of $721,298 under protest. The building is at 1034 South Brentwood Boulevard.

The lawyer acting as the trustee for lenders who filed the foreclosure notice was unavailable for comment.
