Luis Fernando Edmond, the St. Louis-based zone president of Anheuser-Busch InBev, sold 43,000 shares in the brewer for an average price of about $59.12, according to a regulatory filing picked up by Bloomberg News.

That's works out to $2,542,160.

Edmond is A-B InBev's top executive in St. Louis, although he keeps a much lower profile than A-B president Dave Peacock.

Edmond is the North American zone president, overseeing operations in the United States and Canada.
