Jeff Gordon: Goodell didn't want St. Louis to get a NFL team. The league begged Jacksonville to get back into the expansion race so St. Louis could get stiffed.

The NFL has done the franchise no favors sense.

Scott L: Would the fans riot if we traded a blue for a deep 2008 draft?

We seem one socring forward short, do you trade for one if next year you expect both Berglund and Oshie on your team. They both appear to be top six or scoring forwards and contractually we only lose Ruchinsky who hasnt been a factor anyway. Do we even get Berglund over to the US if the prospect is Peoria?

Jeff Gordon: The Blues will be active in free agency. And, no, the fans wouldn't riot if the team moved a veteran for a pick at the trade deadline.
