Jarrod: Gordo,

Since the Rams appear to be letting Brandon Chillar go, why didn't they at least take a look at Lance Briggs. Briggs seemed to be one of the bigger impact players in free agency and signed a modest contract to stay with the Bears.
Jeff Gordon: Yeah, he did NOT get the huge dough he was looking for. Good question. Signing Briggs would have caused a stir, for sure.
Theo Janssen: Why haven't the rams addressed critical needs on the offensive & defensive line positions? The pick up at kicker appears to be good, but what good is 3 points if you aren't even in the game?
Jeff Gordon: The season is months away. There is plenty of time. Brown signed quickly because he was a top guy.
stl4life85: Hey Gordo how do you feel about Rasmus making the team in a Jose Reyes type role. Leading off, getting on base, stealing and hitting the occasional home run when needed>
Jeff Gordon: That would greatly upgrade this offense. I do think he'll be here at some point next season, in that very role.
Greg N: Gordo, what's the deal with writing a column on the Yanks and Sox? People in this town don't want to see that. There's enough of it in every other media outlet in the whole stinking country.
Jeff Gordon: Saturday was so depressing at Scottrade Center. I couldn't bear to write about either team.
Mike: Given the need at DT who is the pick Dorsey or Long?
Jeff Gordon: If those two are there, take Long at DE. The Rams are fine at DT.
