KY_CUB_KILLER: Which FA is more likely to be in a Cardinal uniform? Furcal, Hudson, Lowe, Fuentes, or Ohman?
Jeff Gordon: In that group, aim low -- Ohman.

Joe Driskill: Do you think the Mizzou defense is up to containing high-powered offenses in the Big 12 like Oklahoma and Texas? I don't think there is much question our offense can keep up with any other team in the country, but you have to wonder whether they will have to score 40-50 points to contend with other high-powered offenses.
Jeff Gordon: The D needs to get timely stops and a few turnovers. It doesn't need to control the other side, for obvious reasons. This week will be an indicator.

Nick: Gordo,

Do the Blues have enough scoring to make the playoffs this year? If not, do you see them making a mid-season trade to get us there?
Jeff Gordon: I don't see a big midseason deal that costs a high pick or prospect. The Blues will stay the course and hang in the race.

Stallion: Off the top of your head, and on the spur of the moment, give us one FA name the Rams, Blues and Cardinals cannot do without?
Jeff Gordon: Fuentes is the guy who could really make a difference for the Cards. The Rams will need everything. As for the Blues, they aren't looking at FAs at all.

Walt Glaeser: Jeff,

If Chase Daniels wins the Heisman Trophy, what will that do to his NFL prospects? All I read is that he's too small. Will he draft regardless of the Heisman, or does he have a backup job lined up? Do you see him as a backup QB for a while? All I can do is compare him to Doug Flutie. Is there still a Canadian Football League?? LOL

Walt
Jeff Gordon: The Heisman has no pull with the NFL. Chase will have to prove he can drop back from center and make plays. His workouts will be interesting. To me, he is at least a back-up in the NFL.
