Griff21: The cards should give pujols a blank check and tell him to write in whatever number he wants on it and they will pay him. he is a franchise player and needs to stay a card until the day he dies, hopefully not for a long long long time. after his playing days end I can easily see him taking on the coaching duties one day. he is so good he just makes everyone around him better. if you watch or listen to him anyone would learn a ton.

I would like to know why the cardinals aren't thinking about trading Glaus. He had a heck of a year last year. His trade value is higher than it has probably been in the last 5 years. The Cards could really fill alot of holes with a package around Glaus. They also have some upcoming 3 baggers that could replace him. Thanks for the info.
