Centennial Beer Festival

Moulin Events has begun to sell tickets to its third annual Centennial Beer Festival, a two-day event that includes a brewmaster beer dinner, general tastings and a premium sampling room.

Gone from this year's festival schedule is a Sunday brunch and pub tour. Instead, organizers added a second tasting session on Saturday, Jan. 29.

The full lineup is below. All events are at the Moulin Events space at 2017 Chouteau Avenue. Call 314-241-4949 for tickets or click here to order online.

• Brewmaster dinner: St. Louis Brewery co-founder Dan Kopman will lead a five-course dinner paired with Schlafly beers. 6-9 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 28. $59 includes food, beer and gratuity.

• Beer tastings: About 100 beers -- domestic, international, craft and macro -- will be available to sample at two sessions, 2-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29. The earlier session is $20 in advance, $25 at the door; the later session is $25 in advance, $30 at the door.

• VIP room: For an extra $15, festival-goers will get access to about 40 additional beers (several of which have higher alcohol contents or price points than beers being poured in the regular tastings). The VIP tasting will be open from 6-7:15 p.m. during the early session on Jan. 29 and from 7:45-9 p.m. during the later session.
