Fresh of last month's successful Saturday Beer School, 2nd Shift Brewing Co. is hosting an overnight cask festival Feb. 18-19 that will feature cask-conditioned beers from eight St. Louis-area breweries.
The event begins at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 18, at 2nd Shift's New Haven brewery (1401 Olive Road), located on the grounds of the Cedar Creek Conference Center. Tickets include dinner on the 18th, a room to spend the night, breakfast on the 19th, snacks and plenty of cask beer throughout the fest.
Participating breweries: 2nd Shift, 4 Hands, Charleville, Civil Life, Exit 6, Perennial, Schlafly and Urban Chestnut.
Single tickets cost $150, and two tickets are $210. They are available for purchase at any of the participating breweries (note: Schlafly Tap Room, not Bottleworks) or by calling 573-237-3421.
