Several restaurants have partnered with the City of Ferguson to start a program called Eat Well Ferguson aimed at providing healthier menu options for diners.

Cork Wine Bar, El Palenque, Ferguson Brewing Co., Paul's Market, Vincenzo's and Whistle Stop will note on their menus what items are designated Eat Well options, including those made with local produce, whole grains, lean proteins, vegetables and healthy fat sources such as unsaturated plant oils, nuts and fish.

The restaurants also are helping to sponsor the third annual Ferguson Twilight 5K on May 19.
