O'Fallon Farmers Market

The O'Fallon (Mo.) Farmers and Artists Market, until now held in parking lots near T.R. Hughes Boulevard, will move to the Meadows Shopping Center in Lake Saint Louis for its 2012 season.

The Meadows, also home to Bill Cardwell's BC's Kitchen and many other restaurants and retail stores, is just off of Interstate 64/Highway 40 at Lake Saint Louis Boulevard. A name change for the market is probable.

An organizational meeting for prospective vendors for 2012 will held on Saturday, Feb. 25 at the St. Charles County Extension Office, 260 Brown Road in St Peters. The O'Fallon market has been one of the earliest-opening local farmers markets, last year starting its season in April.
