Mike Randolph, owner of The Good Pie pizzeria in Midtown, announced today that he had hired Mike Marquard, former education and customer service leader for Kaldi's, as the general manager of Half & Half, a new breakfast-and-lunch restaurant moving into the short-lived Manjelou's location at 8135 Maryland Avenue in Clayton.

Randolph said that Marquard will offer a rotating single-origin coffee list at Half & Half, which is expected to open in April.
