The steampunk-style “Full Metal Alchemist” is a popular anime series that has aired stateside on the Cartoon Network. In the feature-length spinoff, screening Friday and Saturday at midnight at the Moolah, cyborg brothers Ed and Al Elric chase a fugitive rival alchemist to the Wild West valley of Milo, where the oppressed citizens are rising up against evil.
