117 Days, a celebration of St. Louis' creativity, unfolds at 8 p.m. Sunday at the Pageant.
Kevin Gagnepain of Stir, Joe Dirt & the Dirty Boys Band and El Monstero has joined forced with radio personality and musician Randy Cash to present the event, designed with the idea of "uniting St. Louis creatives with fans of artistic expression and promoting the St. Louis artistic community at large."
Non-stop entertainment at 117 Days will include performances from Javier Mendoza, the Upright Animals (featuring Cash), Shooting with Annie (featuring Gagnepain), LucaBrasi (featuring Jerry Jost and Bill Reiter from the Urge), the American Professionals (featuring Chuck Lindo of the Nukes) and Dawn Weber and the Electro Funk Assembly.
Comedy troupe the Improv Trick will also perform, along with Cora Camille, dancers and over a dozen artists doing live art demonstration and displays.
CD Warehouse will be in the house with a "record store" inside the Pageant featuring music from St. Louis acts.
A free CD sampler of the main music acts will also be featured.
