Kings of Leon gave a pigeon poop-free concert Saturday night in Chicago.

The Chicago Tribune's Althea Legaspi reports no one was crying fowl over Saturday's show at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre.

She writes: "It was, apparently, a different scene the night before in St. Louis. The band abruptly ended its set after three songs due to what a press statement described as a "pigeon infestation," which reportedly led to Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill being hit repeatedly by pigeon excrement before the band called off the show. On Saturday singer/guitarist Caleb Followill quipped, "We've made it through five songs," in the only seeming reference to the incident."

Kings of Leon's concert Friday night at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater ended after three songs, with the band complaining of the venue's pigeon infestation in a statement.

Concert producer Live Nation, which owns Verizon, hasn't commented on the band's claims.
