Coming to the Venue, 5960 Martin Luther King Dr., on Friday is the Battle of the Complexions, pitting light-skinned African-American women against dark-skinned African-American women, with brown-skinned women thrown in the middle.

Nelly Da Celeb (no connection to rapper Nelly) hosts this edition of Friday Night Rush, and DJ Cue spins.

Doors are at 9 p.m. Friday.

Women get in for $5 before 11 p.m.
