Lowdown • This oak-aged beer with peach juice is the latest in New Belgium Brewing's Lips of Faith experimental beer series. At 7 percent alcohol by volume and very little bitterness, Eric's Ale displays a sweet-and-sour contrast that works well with food or on its own.
