Oddly enough, I tried the Chicken Marsala at Seamus McDaniel's last night. You get the option of grilled or fried. IMHO a little dusting/dredging/breading makes the dish pop, so I opted for 'fried'. Very tasty. The mushrooms were good, but the green peppers could have been sauteed a little longer. A good deal for under $10 with a salad.

The sauce should be on the Beverage menu. Verrry good. Smile

The Marsala (beef, veal, ...) at Brazie's is also quite good, as I recall. They use a good bit of sundried tomatoes, which really makes for a nice flavor.
