Post subject: Class 5 Football Playoff Predictions

I was just looking at this bracket that has the probabilities of each team winning the State Title. I was wondering what everyone thought about it. What do you think about Parkway North having better odds at winning state than Webster Groves? Even though Webster has already beat North this year.

I would say its very difficult to beat a good team twice in a year. But its also hard to win without your all-state D1 Left Tackle. However, it can be done.

I agree that it is hard to beat a good team twice in a year, but, Parkway North lost to Webster when North had it's D1 tackle. Without him, can they beat Webster. I really don't think so.

North lost to Webster by 4... almost 2 months ago, in a game that could have gone either way. Don't know that you can predict much from that. Capable replacement for North at LT in Jake Stone (6'4" - 215). Not A. Gatti (at this point), but should hold his own. JC Helias is awesome, but class 4; this is a Class 5 discussion. Did you know, EVERY team from Suburban South (except P West) made playoffs...

Predictions for tonight
PNORTH vs Rolla
WGROVE vs Eureka
HEAST vs Chaminade
TIMBERLANS vs Pcentral Toss Up

The Toss up game will be TimberLand v PCentral. If PCENTRAL stops RB Hill its going to be a long night for Timberland. Hill is the real deal. Lee Ward he is a beast so Timberland has its hands full also.

PNorth will definitely have to play, the Rolla team is pretty good. WGROVE will win easily tonight. Their challenge will come when they play HEAST on Saturday.

I'm just trying to decide what game to go to. i think it's down to p.c at timberland or h.e vs chaminade. Webster should handle eureka easily and for some odd reason the north rolla game doesn't excite me that much. parkway-timberland will be close and he vs chaminade could be a fun one with some real good playmakers on either side.
Which game on a monday(UGH- that's another topic) do you think will draw the most people?
