why? just because he has offers? I go off of who has the best year in the conference. And to me that would be Markiki Hicks from Ritter. With 10 ints (3 for tds) and 132 tackels, thats the best candidate for POY.

Maybe, it would just be a shame that the single most exciting player to come through the AAA in 5-10 years won't win POY even once.

Hill wac co-POY wit maurice taylor last year. And Taylor was electric. Maybe Hill jus came during the years where someone would just have a better year than him each year.

Whoa. CR loses to Priory at home? Imagine College Prep beats Herky at Herky? Congratulations to the winners, but who saw this coming?

Problems with the computerized grading system gave some players innacurate grades a report card time. The rule is that they would have to sit out for two weeks. However, the AD told the players if they could get letters of approval from those teachers they could play. Once they got the letters, he told them that i dodnt matter and they still had to sit out.

Seems to me this would be at the top of the Prep Sports section if it were true. I find it hard to believe that any administration would allow a computer error or grading error by teachers to keep kids from playing a sport they legitimately had the right to be playing. I'm guessing their is either more to this story or it is completely bogus...

Well, if you're not academically eligible that's a part of the rules. It's too bad but the boys and their parents should be taking care of grades before it comes to this point. Just like any other students. I would applaud the school for sticking to the rules for these student athletes.
