I don't care if you beat Penn St. by 11 in Happy Valley.

You beat Northern Iowa by 1 and Arkansas St. by 3 in your house.

Terrible.

They might be the best in the Big 10 this year, but that's not saying much.

Hawks fans are almost worse than Cubs fans. They've declared their team the best in the history of Iowa football, and "wins" like this one and UNI are supposedly proof of that.

I'm an Iowa State fan so I hear their trash talk all the time, and it's really funny to see them riding so high right now. It's going to be great when they run into a team that's legitimate.

Penn State was way overrated, and now Iowa is.

Nov. 14th @ Ohio St. is the biggest test left for Iowa. And they shouldn't be considered an elite team this year.

this is why i wish mizzou never would have backed out from playing iowa. convo's such as this could have been settled on the football field. oh well, i guess we'll just have to continue listening to mizzou and other big 12 fans pi$$ and moan about how the hawkeyes win football games. 5-0, Hawks day today baby!

wait why didnt you mention illinois cause mizzou kicked their --- and they are from your all mighty conference. iowa is a bad team so overrated i would love to see mizzou blow them out and have gabbert rested by halftime, it would look like a legitimate win in the eyes of the associated press (what a joke).


Actually I should have included Illinois because they absolutely suck egg this year. As far as Gabbert goes, lets just see how it goes when he starts playing against good teams. Maybe he'll still be great, maybe not, but you sure can't tell by the teams he's played against so far.
