If the Rams do pick #1 in this years draft we have found the true number 1 pick. The question will be if they take him or will they trade down, because I guarantee you they will get many offers for this guy.

We will not pick a d-line man as our first ovrl. Q.b or trade down, no way a d tackle. Our team will balance the football budget.

I don't think they're that dumb. Would a defense-oriented coach whose rep came from the Giants DL pass over a game-changing DL guy just to stick a rookie qb on a bad offense that will get him killed?

They must know they're not the Jets or Atlanta and therefore they must know they don't have the kind of situation where a young qb can survive.

Meanwhile this defense could be special.

I would love a great WR in round 1. But I would be happy with a Suh if he is BPA, which he looks to be at this time.

Remember Spagnoulo learned much from Andy Reid. Reid drafts offensive line and defensive line in the first round almost every year.....often in the send round too.

Spagnoulo will have input on the pick I am sure.

Eagles drafts round 1 and 2 in Reid era.
