Once again, I'll simply state what I think and hope the moderator doesn't delete this post.

Bulger has disgraced this team by not trying so blatantly to win. By sliding on a third down yards away from an opposing player short of the first puts in focus Bulgers attitude towards winning.

I believe he's just trying to survive long enough to collect that big paycheck. He doesn't wait long enough to pass the ball to a receiver he just clunks it down the field hoping to avoid taking a hit.

The Rams might owe him alot of money but in my opinion he's taking someones spot who'll be alot more productive than him on the roster.

You should bang your head on the wall a few times and read your post again.

Mind you, the slide was bad. You have to get the first down. But, I don't think he was yards away, it was more like a yard or less. Bulger has played bad, and was bad yesterday. But, there is not one of us in a position to question his commitment to winning. The guy is playing bad, but you don't have to question his effort.

A matter of economics. The Rams refuse to bench their high priced investments this year. They would rather stick with them until they are on life support. Can't blame them for this year, I would probably do the same.Next year...entirely different strategy. I dont really like him but I'm okay with him a couple more games before we see what Null can do. He is tolerable to get the rookie wr's some reps.

I agree. Rolling Eyes

The previous 5 years of ineptitude has nothing to do with how this franchise is perceived.

...

The problem with emotional hyperbole is that it is so universe shattering monumentally cosmic in its unequalled over the topness.

Omigawd, like, did you like see the slide? omigawd omigawd, *shriek*

He was about to be creamed. Smart decision. Fight another day. A guy who played behind a broken OL with cracked ribs gets a break.

You couldn't brush your teeth with cracked ribs.

Shrug.

I know right?

I hate when this happens, we get a poster who thinks Bulger is trying to usher the Rams into damnation.

By no circumstance is Bulger trying to lose. That is a foolish statement and you'll want to refrain from saying such as that.

There's three things we never question on this board about athletes. Their will to win, their love for their mothers and their integrity. It's just plain ignorant to think that he'd try to lose.

I think Bulger will be gone next year, but, he's not trying to lose games. Bad quarterbacking sticks out like a sore thumb. He's simply lost that "it" factor and now he's in survival mode. I don't know if he will ever recapture the success of his earlier career. I kind of doubt it. As a result, it's best to cut Bulger loose at the end of the season. In the meantime, let's hope he plays better and the Rams can win a few more games.

Hey Troll, can't we enjoy 1 win for 24 hours before we have to read this stuff? Yes Bulger needs to go, but it will waite until the end of the season. Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad
