It would not be necessary except the Bush Crime Family gave trillions of our dollars to the rich and powerful, bankrupting the country and making medical care less available to the loyal goose stepping C students.

How many bong loads did it take to come up with that theory?

The Constitution does provide the Govt with welfare for its citizens.
However its irrelavant the Constitution's interpretation is pretty much meaningless at this point.
Was warrentless wiretapping constitutional? There are so many grey areas its not worth debating.

Whenever there is a question regarding constitutional law, I first turn to Bill O'Reilly, the to YouTube.

Elite, after the 660+ page birther thread, I wouldn't trust your interpretation of the Constitution, anyway.

Welfare is one thing, but forcing citizens to purchase a product is quite another. When people refuse to purchase this insurance and then refuse to pay the fine, this will be taken to court & most likely will go all the way to the Supreme Court. IMHO of course.

Except there is already case law that established Congress ability to do what they want to do with health care.
