The GM, who was brought-in by the coach at just the beginning of this year, is shown the door with security guards? The owner is meeting with disgruntled fans? The new coach closes his door and works in secret?

What a mess.

Is this the rotten branch of the Belicheat tree causing havoc in yet another organization? If so, how do we purge the NFL of them?

Ridiculous and asinine post. The New England Patriot's business model is studied and copied by many NFL organizations. They have better drafts, manage the cap as well as any organization in the NFL, and remain competitive year in and year out.

Mangini was a total disaster in NY and he's turning out to be the same in Cleveland. That's because he is a total disaster.

Josh McDaniel is a product of the Belichek regime and he's doing well in Denver as will Scott Pioli in KC.

Seems strange that teams actively pursue NE assistants if they're supposedly from the Belichek tree. Causing havoc. How utterly absurd. NE has the best management team in the entire NFL.

Cleveland should just stay away from any coach related to Belichek. Belichek himself was a din't work well there, then there was the illustrious Romeo Crennel era, and now Eric Mangini is holding the leash in the dawg pound. Belichick (36-44) Crennel (24-40) Mangini (1-7 so far) that's a combined 61-91 record under Belichick related coaches. They just can't learn their lesson.

We'll see how all of these Belicheat products do in a few years.

But what I find most intriquing is that someone would come on to a Rams board and defend Belicheat, who was fined the NFL maximum of $500,000 (and the Patriots were ordered to pay $250,000) for stealing opponent's defensive signals. If this is your idea of acceptable behavior from a well managed fanchise, then lets just say I'm glad I'm NOT doing business with you.

THERE IT IS...the SB "stealing" idea. Yeah, thats what cost them the SB..that and MM not running. FOrget about it. Simple fact is: I would give just about anything to have Belichek & the NE FO come to STL to run this team.

You can have them!

There's a little known trait called integrity that's a lot more valuable to me. I'll take Devaney/Spags/McCutcheon et. al. and the four pillars over the Cheatriots' geneological tree any day.

What's going on in Cleveland?

MANGINI SUCKS!

I was 100% sure after the Jets that this guy would never be a HC in the NFL again....so many other options and the Browns settle on this guy hahahahahah.

So, if I were to bash Bulger, Long or Devaney, and perhaps call for their heads, people here would respond as if its normal.... just another day on the board.

But bring up a topic about another NFL team, that's getting airplay in the media right now, and get told that the post is assinine or dumb.
