this is the game of the year so far for both teams. Both teams have explosive players with alot of talent. I cant wait to see this game. Should be a great one.

I was looking on the MSHSAA website at the bracket hoping to find out some info fo the game. I am assuming that the game will be played at DeSmet and not Jeff City due to the difference in records. They have TBD for everything except the date. I am a DeSmet Alum living in KC. My roommate is also an Alum so we were thinking of driving to the game. Can anyone who knows the system of the playoff bracket a little better help me out?
Thanks in advance!

Game is at DeSmet at 7pm. It has nothing to do with the records. It is just how the bracket line falls in a given year. This year the top team in each game bracket are the home teams. If DeSmet wins they should get a third home game for the semifinals.

After seeing both teams play I think Desmet has the advantage on Jeff. City athleticly. Jeff. City has great advanced scouting and is as well coached team as there is in the state. Should be a great game.

If DeSmet gets by JC, if they play Rockhurst I believe it would be a home game. If BS beats Rockhurst then DeSmet would travel to BS. At that point BS would have had one home playoff game and DeSmet would have held two.

162 If Jeff.City can stop Desmet from getting outside, the game will be close. Contain the outside. Thats where Desmet beats teams.

I realize that DeSmet is talented, but we are too. I have to take Jeff City by 10, but the game will be decided late. It’s been a long time since St. Louis had a playoff game of this magnitude. I can’t wait.

If I'm not mistaken the State Championship game takes place at the Dome Thanksgiving Weekend. So their will be no champions declared this weekend! Although you think they are the best it is simply not true! Blue Springs and Rockhurst are only a piece of the puzzle. Facts are Facts
