Many members of the prestigious AMA are very upset with some of the liberal trustees who sit on their board and gave an early endorsement of the health care bill that Obama is trying to rush through quickly, without a formal approval given by the AMA Board of Delegates.

As a matter of fact, on Monday, November 9, this very board will vote on this very issue and it is speculated that there will be a repeal of the trustees approval of the health care bill, which will be a serious embarrassment to the "can't do anything without controversy" Obama.

I know you libbies will be spinning this the way you want, I am just the messenger, and sorry if you can't handle the truth of a possible repeal of the AMA approval.

I want you all to call your congressman ASAP and tell them you say no to this outrageous bill that will bankrupt this country and the fine Americans who live in it. Do not let these liberal lawmakers to continue to think they can do what they want, without accountability.

Even though I am against the health bill that is on the table there is something that needs to be done.If you are for the people then propose a working solution.Are you just against health reform or this one.I am a liberal so feel free to attack or atleast put up something that is workable.That is what I will tell my congress person.

This bill made it out of committee a month ago, and its been debated since last spring, but they're trying to ram it through quickly.

When does the bullsh*t stop with you people? If you want to lose your house if you get into a serious car wreck, or get cancer, or any other serious medical emergency than fine. But don't make everyone else suffer for your pride.

From a reliable source, I am in the medical field. But it is all over the news and the internet. Here is an article from the Washington Times:

The American Medical Association House of Delegates drew up a resolution last night which would withdraw their support of the House health care bill. Members are likely to vote on whether or not to withdraw their support of the bill earlier in the week. This action is a result of members within the organization who revolted, when the AMA initially gave the the healthcare legislation its endorsement. President Obama touted the endorsement of the AMA and AARP on Thursday at the White House.


Procedural votes are happening today to attempt to have the resolution's vote placed on the agenda earlier in the week. The AMA's House of Delegates is the principal policy-making body of the American Medical Association.

Executive director David Cook of the Medical Association of Georgia sent the Washington Times the latest copy of the resolution drawn up last night at the meeting and explained how the voting would work.:

"[A] vote to make Late Resolution 1006 an item of business at the meeting requires 2/3 vote as it was filed so close to the meeting. That vote will occur this afternoon[Saturday]. If that vote fails, that resolution will not be made an item of business. In the event the vote fails, we should be able to raise the issue.

If the vote to make the Late Resolution 1006 an item of business, the actual resolution will be voted on Monday."
