The Bears have no draft picks next year to help it either. They pretty much went all-in this year.

Fitzgerald went from 58 catches to 103 catches the first year Warner was there. Still laughung? I guess Warner had nothing to do with that huh

Fitz was solid before Warner got to Arizona. But...
it's a fact that Fitz' stats have taken off since Warner has become the Arizona QB.
Any denial of that is just blindness. Nothing more.
GO RAMS!!!!!

while it is true, its also more due to the fact that whisenhunt is a big reason too and the pass happy offense he brought.

In one season they went from 33 attempts/per game to 42 per/game on AVERAGE. They led the league.

Warner posts on a Rams board.

Like there always is.

Well. Not always. Cool

And yes I agree in the long run he did bounce back from his 4-5 career benchings.

And. Good for him. Honest.

Meanwhile, the other NRR question in this NRR thread... what happened to Jay Cutler, the Choice of Smart Rams Fans everywhere? Cool

I would take Cutler over Bulger every day of the week, did you see him throw those perfect passes to Hester and Olson

Warner has 3 TD passes in the first half of the game. It just shows how bad our Qb play is,our starting QB has 3 for the season

Just goes to show how great the receivers are there. They actually get open and go to the ball, instead of waiting for it to come to them.

But Warner's been fairly inconsistent this season (which is great news for rams fans). he's hot one week, cold the next.

Would it kill to just give Warner credit for playing well?
Why does it always have to be because of someone else?
Sounds like some kind of backwards justify why Bulger
stinks statement.

Cutler has some wins. Cutler makes plays. Cutler doesn't need to be defended as badly as marc.

Icedram why don't you open your eyes and just say Bulger sucks!! You will feel so much better. Boldin is out, Becth caught a TD, give me a break. You have to throw the ball to the receiver not the other way around. It's the NFL get the ball to anyone and they should catch it. It is not even worth arguing over any more Bulger is a POS. He was NEVER any good. He was ok/good in Martz system because he did not have to make any decisions. He is the only QB in the NFL never in the shot gun or hurry up or allowed to audible or call his own plays. He simply does not know the game like other QBs he is a spot passer. If there is a guy at that spot your player or their player it does not matter that is where he is throwing it. You are FN blind if you think Bulger can make any of these throw Kurt is making today.

It is so hard to see how they fix this. Another former player a lot of posters lament leaving is Pace and the Bears have allowed 17 sacks on Cutler. If he [Cutler] survives the season, with the lack of funds or drafts, he gets to do it all over again next year. Till they kill him.

Kind of need an OL.

Sure glad your hindsight is so much more keen than everyone else's. That must be an awesome ability to possess.

I was one of those "Smart Rams Fans" that wanted the Rams to take Cutler too. Glad I wasn't in the warroom because this team wouldn't have ended up with Tye Freaking Hill - tell ya that much. Of all the QBs taken that year, which one is actually doing well? Which one is actually doing anything? Young, Leinart, Croyle, Clemens, Jackson... I think we "Smart Rams Fans" were pretty close to being on the mark with that one.
