Even though the PD does not know the season is underway since there has been no mention of the exhibition game that was covered by the MU writer (what a novel concept) on the other side of the state, the Basketball Tigers are ready and raring to go.
How about a positive, proud to be a Tiger article from the above mentioned writer?
I always enjoy Mike Dearmond's writing and his topic is one to make you smile:

agreed. it'll be nice to watch a team coached by someone who can actually make in-game adjustments to what needs to be done. no "we do what we do". these guys play hard as "he!!" for 40 minutes and never look like they're in over their heads. cma does more with less talent than cgp. easily.

Every article I read, the higher my expectations and hopes go for this team.
That is an excellent example of how Anderson molds his players into men. They're not just basketball players, they are a family. Each one has each other's back, and ultimately, that's the greatest recipe for success in college basketball. If all of your guys can click on the same page, then nothing can stop you.
I really think that that is what could bring Brad Beal to Missouri. The ability for our head coach not only to lead his players to victory on the court, but to take of care of them as his sons off the court.
