'The Decider' -- Big Ten vs. SEC

All this talk about the University of Missouri packing its bags and heading to a new athletic conference got the staff at "The Decider" thinking we need to see what the readers think?

So we pose the question: Big Ten vs. SEC. Those are the conferences mentioned most when talking about Mizzou's conference relocation.

At this time, there still is a possibility the Big 12 remains viable and Mizzou doesn't need to move anywhere. That's what I and other traditionalists would like to see. But what if Mizzou HAD TO go somewhere.

My choice would be the Big Ten. We have a natural rivalry with Illinois, and even Iowa. This is far stronger than any border rivalries we have with Arkansas, Kentucky or Tennessee.

Further, if we join the SEC and are logically placed in the western division, that means we'd play LSU, Alabama and Auburn in football every year, meaning we'd likely lose at least three games every year.

But what do you think? Please cast a vote and leave a comment.
