Making good on his promise to sell the beer bottles used in an April Fools prank, Schlafly Brewing communications director Troika Brodsky is auctioning off the containers on e-Bay.

Packaged in sets of three — Schlaf Lyte, Schlaf Lyte Light and Schlaf Lyte Fancy — all of the proceeds from the auctions will go to the Gateway Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. (The bottles are sealed, but empty.)

On Monday, Brodsky continued his April 1 tradition for the fifth consecutive year, posting a video that takes a broadside shot at another (very big) St. louis-based brewery by boasting that the craft brewer's latest editions to their line achieves its low-cal goodness by using "more water."
