Who says that you have to wait until the crush of holiday gift giving season to buy local handmade items?

If you missed your opportunity to shop for yourself or you want to stock up for a birthday or Valentine's day, you've got another change.

Katie's Pizzeria is hosting it's second "Handmade Happy Hour" presented by Miss Ohio Vintage on Friday, Jan. 13 from 5 to 9:30 p.m.

The shopping event supports local handmade vendors, vintage curators, and other creative entrepreneurs.

As a bonus there will be complimentary wine and appetizers, while they last.

Photographer Cami Wischmeyer of CAMI WADE Photography will be capturing the night's activities and prints will be available for purchase post-event.

It all takes place in the private dining room at Katie's Pizzeria, 6611 Clayton Road.

The vendors: Miss Ohio Vintage, Bluebird Denim, Bellestyle Bijoux, hapiihuman, WOVEN weaving, Caroline Williard Couture, Vintage Baubles & Bits, Gebb's Goobs, and more.

Seating will be available in the private party room on a first come basis. Dedicated servers will be available. For reservations in the main dining room, call Katie's Pizzeria at 314-727-8585. This event is free.
